I went through all the steps to become a paying member. But in the end my correct information was not being accepted. So I called my bank wells Fargo to see if a payment had been processed. He said no but my last address was on the card. I had originally given both addresses and it had not gone through. So after he updated my address he said he would wait on the line for me to see if it would go through this time. The second time it went through quicker so I imagined it was because you already had an email previously processed with all my debit card information. It went through and said give us * days to prepare your profile. I thought that's why I originally answered the questions so that I could have an active account. My email is *****@***.com. This is concerning to me because I noticed that even though the payment had been processed I am still not able to message or receive messages. This was the whole point of making the payment-interaction.
I trust that Match.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
