This is ridiculous again I'm going to explain I joined on May **th and paid money on my phone everytime I try and get on and log on it wouldn't let me but on my computer it would so I kept my computer logged on and never logged off of the site I finally logged off the site to log back in on my computer and it said I had the wrong passcode and the wrong username and the wrong email which is wrong on your part because none of them were wrong. I had a date tonight was not able to go out with him because all my information was on my match email was not able to get into my email and now I set up six or seven dates in the next two weeks and they're all on my email and I can't get in and I paid over $*** to you guys and it's not right and I need somebody to help me fix this technical problem. I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings in the process that's not right he needs to get fixed immediately so I can touch base with some of these men and apologize
GetHuman-amberivy did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
