My Grandson Darvensly Esperance made an appointment for his road test on Oct **, at the Braintree Registry. I was present when he made the appointment for Thur Oct ** at **:** in Plymouth. When my husband and he went to Plymouth for the appt the officer told him that the appt was the previous day Wed the ** at *:**. As my Grandson has school in Boston on Wednesday that would have been impossible . The officer also stated that a confirmation was sent to my PO Box *** in Scituate. I did not receive that confirmation, or any confirmations by email or phone. I believe it was a clerical error on the registry’s part and he should not be required to pay the missed appt fee.
