Today is the *th time when boarding bus *** to sullivan station the driver said to me Get Out! Get Out! The*st time I redponded questioning me? As there was other people wanting to board the bus also I was sure he was talking to someone else. To my surprise he was talking to me and said you are not allowed on my bus.take the next bus. I can only take the ** bus as my destination is Union Square ,Somerville. Mass ***** live on. Washinton st. Nearby st. Josephs church. I am a person with a disability and purchase a. $**.** monthly pass on the *st of every month.I am now at the corner of broadway and prospect st. Cambridge mass. I was going inbound to sullivan station. Again denied boarding the bus ***** the driver is the same driver and once when he was stopped at Central Square I asked if he could explain to me the nature of the problem? He refused Saying Lady you are not zallowed on my bus. I would like to come to a resolve with this ongoing acc*ute inconvenience. Is there someone you. Can refer me to that can mediate on behalf of the bus driver and commuicate the problem at hand to me, so that I may understand a better meaning of the truth, and should i *iin some way be at fault admit it . accept accountability and responsibility. Apologize for the behavior and vow to be an appropriate and RESPECTFUL. M.B.T.A. passenger at all times. In the future.
