I regularly take the orange line into work. For months now, you guys have been taking the customer’s money for awful service. Yesterday morning you had an ** minute wait between trains, and it was *:** in the morning. There are constantly delays in the evening, at some points I end up sitting here waiting for two hours just to get on a **** train. For all the money you are taking from passengers, it would be nice if you actually ran the trains on time for once. Do you know how packed it gets when you make people have to wait for ** mins between trains? This is unacceptable. As of right now, there is a sea of people waiting, and one train that was supposed to take passengers wasn’t taking them. I am tired of having to pay for a Lyft or Uber because you guys can’t get your act together and stop putting broken trains in the lineup. This is a disgrace, and after months of dealing with this because of your awful service, I am finally saying something. I would appreciate a response back, and given this is a regular problem here, I may escalate to a party more able to take a look at where all the passenger’s money is going, when you keep leaving broken trains running on the tracks.
