I booked a room at Towneplace Suites by Marriott Kansas City Airport on November **, **** through www.hotels.com. I realized we weren't going through that city and called to cancel at *:**pm. The girl at the front desk cancelled my reservation. However, I was charged anyways. I have been working with hotels.com all day to try to get a refund. Every time I or they call the Marriott Arlene from the front desk says no one is onsite that can help us and says call back in a couple hours. At this point we are getting the run around, the hotel has been very unhelpful and Arlene says the manager is in but nowhere to be found. If I could please get someone to work with hotels.com so that I can be refunded for the room I cancelled I'd greatly appreciate it.
