I got Gift from my daughter it was a hand bag, bought at Sprucefield M@S.i am elderly and cannot open clasp,I took it back to the shop today for exchange, I waited * hour for a manager they would not exchange it because I used it for a few hours and found out the difficulty I was having.it is not fit for purpose even the sales assistant was struggling to open it.*It is not broken only very bad design.i did write to complaints dept, and they said to post it back.*This is a problem for me and my mobility is such that I have to take a taxi, my friend is going to M@S on Thursday and she can drop me at the shop for exchange.*I tried to send photo of bag which is still in new condition also photo of receipt. This is what I do not understand people bring clothes back and get exchanged or refund.I have shopped at M@S for years and never had this problem.
