I have stayed at Mariott on Aarowood Rd and had such a wonderful experience. My bill was $***.** plus a few extra days and i was completely satisfied. A change in my nephews condition required me to stay longer so I went across the street to the Fairfield Inn (Mariott) snd had a horrific experience. There were bugs everywhere when i came out of the shower (approx **min from my initial entrance)A variety of creepy crawlers were everywhere and I immediately went to the front desk. Kyle was able to switch our rooms but i had to leave my belongings behind not to bring the bugs with me. The next day i net the manager and he was beyind stern and rude. He brought a lady Tammi who works for OHM, she assured me shed help me get into another spot, yet they insisted i check out based on their lack of availability for the Friends and Family rate. Disgusted i still needed to stay in Charlotte so i had my brother book me at the nice Renaissance. It was beautiful. The *st * nights were amazing and i actually extended my stay. I was asked to leave on ********* for smoking. The young neighbors were complaining. I was not smoking. I was burning a CBD Flower in a vaporizer and didnt realize the aeroma would travel through the vents. This is a completely legal wellness potpourri. I was given no warning, never asked to not burn the fragrant nor did they offer me any courtesy. I was appalled. Not to mention a complaint i had concerning one young man entering my room beyond the point he should have after i heard someone come in when i was in the shower. I was made to pack all my belongings and watched like a criminal. The manager Jen made it clear i was not welcome there. I requested a bill on my way out and was given one for ***.** for my two nights and then assumed it would be the stsndard $**.** plus tsx for that *rd. Todsy i was hit with two chsrges. $***.**( correct) and $***.** complete bogus overcharge. I need to know how i may correct this error as now i am no longer interested in the possibility of staying st another Mariott. My experience at Aarowood was excellent and the other * facilities tarnished that. I am irate, my feelings were hurt and that was the rudest ive ever been treated. I sell vacations for a company in Myrtle Beach, SC and i will tell all of my horror. Please credit my account .
