This is Haoxiang Qi. I booked one room at Residence Inn New York Manhattan*Central Park month ago(Confirmation number is ********), but my plan changes, so yesterday I called the hotel for changes, and I asked her if she can help me modify date, she said yes, and she ask me to cancel the reservation(CANCELLATION NUMBER is ********) and then get a new one.*Today I see the email, it shows that nonrefundable about my previous reservation, I am so sad about it. I don’t know it was nonrefundable, and she didn’t tell me at all. Is that means I can’t get anything from my cancellation? If that's true, can you just recover my previous reservation because I don’t want to pay extra money? (It means I just want to follow my previous plan and check-in on Jan. **). Thank you so much.
