I ordered * perfumes on December *, one was Chanel Chance the other Daisy (eau so fresh), I recieved an email stating my order has been shipped and that my address was updated which seemed weird because I never spoke to anyone concerning my address, on Decemer ** I recieved another email saying my order had just been delivered, I was working so I called home asked my son did I recieve any packages he said there was * package, I assumed that both bottles were in the same package, but I only recieved the Chance perfume and not the Daisy, I called Macys immediately and explained that I did not recieve the Daisy perfume, the representative assured me that everything was fine and that he would send out a replacement order, * days later I recieved a package from Macys expecting it to be the perfume, well it was some Elizabeth Arden facial creme, so I called again and explained what was in the replacement box, so I was told to mail it back and I would recieve a refund after doind so, I waited about * days no refund, the representative told me again that my order was again being processed and that I would recieve a refund, so on December ** I recieved a letter from Macys saying I was not eligible for a refund because my package was delivered on the ** which contained the face creme which I did not order...so I called again today and was told I will be recieving a replacement bottle of perfume and an email concerning it, well I never recieved an email today, I have called * times concerinig this matter and I never suggested a refund, all I want is the perfume I paid for but never recieved, and I'm sure there are ALOT of dishonest people but I am not one of them, so if someone can contact via email or phone my address is *****@***.com or by phone at ***-***-****.
