Dear Customer Service,*Today I called your company to complain about an item we got that was so full of wrinkles that we have to take it elsewhere to get it ironed....a jacket for my husband. The person I spoke to gave us a credit which was great which will help to pay for the service we need done on the jacket.*The reason WHY I'm writing is because I could hardly understand this person as she didn't speak English very well and also she was not doing a good job of keeping the office background noise down.....it sounded like there was a major party going on!*I asked to speak to her supervisor after she was able to understand me and I somewhat understood her.....she didn't act like she wanted to let me speak to anyone and she wanted to know WHY I wanted to speak to someone else. I told her it was personal and finally she agreed she'd send me to someone. Well I waited and waited and no one came on the phone. I feel she just put me on hold so I would hang up and not speak to anyone.*I'm very upset by all of this. *Macy's needs to hire people who speak fluent English. If you can't find anyone then for heavens sakes perhaps you should educate some of your workers to speak better English. This is WHY I would chat online because at least I can understand most of the time the responses of others in writing.*You do not have online chatting. Perhaps you do this because you feel person to person is a better service. It is NOT a better service if one can NOT understand the person who works for the company.*I would appreciate a response to this email. We've bought a lot of things through Macy's. We like your products....but it's getting ridiculous about how the customers are handled on the phone by people who can't speak proper English. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.*I will be expecting a letter from you on this and I appreciate your time in helping me out here.*Sincerely,*Pamela A. Wunderlin
