YES i CALLED YOU ALL ON MONDAY TO PLACE S ORDER AND THE REP TOOK MY OR DER *Order *: MSA********** AND I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM IF THIS*S WOULD BE IN BY FRIDAY AND NATURALLY HE RESPONDED WITH YES SO ON YESTERDAY I REACHED OUT AND CALLED MACY AND I HAD TWO RUDE CUSTOMER REPS WHO DIDN'T RESOLVE MY PROBLEM SO I CALLED BACK AND THE THIRD REP WAS NOT ANY BETTER THIS IS A BAD LOOK FOR MACY I AM TRYING TO SUPPORT MACY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND APPROACH WAS NOT MEET SO I CANCEL MY ORDER AND I PROBABLY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM MACY EVER AGAIN THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW WITH MACYS. THE ORDER WAS PLACED EARLY Monday MORNING AND HERE IT IS FRIDAY AND THEY JUST SENDING IT OUT, YOUR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER IS SO SAD AND LOW
