If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.
The issue in GetHuman-martgree's own words
My wife bought wifi Booster* repeater advertised from your site MSN. In brief she paid a special discounted price of £**.** for it. The advert showed a device that would speed up internet and other wonderful things. *When it arrive the instructions to get it started were terrible, so after researching youtube I worked it out. I discovered the same device can be bought off Amazon or Ebay from £* to $**. Its Wifi-N repeater. In fact the Mbps speed dropped after using the repeater. She seems to be going in circles with the suppliers who won't admit to anything. They don't seem to have a company name, your receipt is just a long ref no. Each email we write appears to be answered by someone different. Plainly it seems they used your site to con your readers and sting them, with a shoddy product.

GetHuman-martgree did not yet indicate what MSN should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-martgree fixed the problem
I couldn't do it, they do not respond. They only send a long invoice number, the company hid behind MSN. Thats why people believed their advert.
