I did not click on any results or subscribe to their services, which worries me about their motives. I am unable to remove the information myself as I am away from my computer helping my daughter and grandchildren across the country due to health issues. I'd like to summarize my recent interactions regarding my hacked MSN and Google accounts. My name is Patrice Sheridan, and I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. I have been in touch with MSN support about my compromised account and the ongoing illegal activities associated with it. Despite recovering my email, [redacted], it has been repeatedly hacked. I have discovered three fraudulent Google Plus brand pages under my email account, which I never subscribed to. These pages need to be taken down as they seem linked to fraudulent activities. Additionally, my [redacted] account has been deleted without my authorization. I require assistance as I have been attempting to seek help for more than a week now. I continue to receive emails stating that my account is on the brink of deactivation, labeled as a "Final Notice." Moreover, I am receiving delivery failure notifications for emails I did not send to the address [redacted] Today alone, I have already received six (6) of such emails. I am having an issue with my iPhone email not connecting to the MSN server. Despite having a technician from Geeks-on-site try to set it up, it's still not working. The Apple Store technician mentioned it may be an issue on the MSN side and not my phone. Since I can't troubleshoot this online, I am looking for another technician to come onsite and help me connect my iPhone email to the MSN server.

I have been a loyal MSN user for 20 years, but I am considering switching to another service. I continuously receive notifications that my browser is outdated and should switch to Chrome Edge. Will MSN be updating its software to be compatible with users? I paid $[redacted] for my annual subscription, but it is not working well on various websites. Two days ago, I received multiple warnings about my email accounts on two computers needing repairs, marking the tenth such alert in the past two weeks. Despite attempting the usual troubleshooting steps, I struggled to receive the verification code, even after frequently using my wife's email address to check for the code in my incoming mail. This resulted in being locked out and instructed to wait until the following day to try again.
The next day, I was once more denied access due to too many failed attempts on my initial try. Today, after yet another unsuccessful attempt to reset my password using my wife's alternate email for the code, I sought help from another platform. Surprisingly, upon logging in with my 30-year-old email address at [redacted], I was informed that the account does not exist. I sincerely request assistance in restoring my email access.

My MSN email was compromised on March 1st this year, and MSN has disabled my account. I've tried to recover it, but they said I have to wait until March 31st. I contacted the technical support team, but they demanded $[redacted] for assistance which I cannot afford on my budget. I have been experiencing issues with my msn.com Outlook email account for the past few months. Approximately two months ago, I initially faced a permanent block but was able to resolve it. However, two weeks ago, I encountered another block, which this time was both temporary and then permanent. I assure you that I have not engaged in any illegal activities or violated any terms of service. As a result, I have switched to using an email account on yahoo.com. Despite multiple attempts to fill out the online forms provided by msn, I have been unable to regain access. I am having trouble accessing my email since yesterday, Sunday, 03/14/[redacted]. I could log in earlier in the morning, but later on, I kept getting a blank screen whenever I tried to access my email. Even after entering my password, the screen remained blank. I tried troubleshooting with Ctrl-Alt-Delete, but it didn't work.
I contacted my internet provider, Spectrum, to check if there were any connection issues, but they confirmed everything was fine on their end. Spectrum suggested I reach out to you for further assistance.

I used to be able to leave comments on MSN News articles, but recently I am unable to access the comment section on my desktop, where I do most of my reading. The comment section is still available on my tablet and cell phone. I have been trying to reach out to technical support for weeks with no help. I need help canceling the Premium Personal Microsoft [redacted] subscription I signed up for last week as a trial. I have been unable to activate it due to complications with my Apple iMac and the associated Visa card. Despite changing my password multiple times, I cannot progress past the email and password prompt. I was advised to cancel the trial with my bank before proceeding further. My concern is that I might have inadvertently created multiple accounts with Microsoft but am only using one email address. Unfortunately, the technician did not fully grasp my issue, and it remains unresolved. When I try to open my email, the sound is distorted, and oftentimes when I open mail, the sound fades out, requiring me to sign in again. My MSN account was hacked and hijacked back in August. After investigating, it appears the hackers are located in Nigeria with the IP address [redacted].[redacted].76.[redacted].
The password was changed, preventing me from accessing my account. Lately, I've been receiving "sign-in failed" messages, indicating the hackers might be done with my account. I am looking for assistance to regain control of my MSN account, reset the password, and begin using it again since I've resorted to using a Gmail account instead.

I have been struggling to reset my password, but each time I try, I receive the following message: "We have received a request to recover your Microsoft account at we**[redacted]; however, the information provided was not enough for us to validate your account ownership. For security reasons, we have blocked your account and suggest submitting a new account verification form with as much accurate information as possible to increase your chances of regaining access."
