I am currently on my way to work in a Lyft vehicle. As of now i will be over ** min late for work today. I ordered a Lyft at about *:**am to get to work by *am. At *:**am the app told me a driver was located and i would be at work by *:**am. The app said my driver would be picking me up in about ** to ** min. So, the ** min went by and the app said my driver had arrived and would be leaving in * min. At this point i looked on the app and it showed the driver was not in my immediate area never mind not on my street or at my house. I tried * times to call the driver and even sent him a text asking where he was. I got no reply whatsoever and after that my ride was cancelled on the app and i had to start all over and re order a new ride. Now i am ** min late for work and possibly
