Hi this is Leatha Edwards I made every attempt possible to call Leroy and still no answer. Starting from the beginning I picked Mr Leroy and confirmed picking him up his first stop was at the food mart I confirmed that stop he then made it aware that he had * stops I waited outside the store once he finally came back he stated he was going back home I told him after the next stop he would have to call lyft if I’m still available I would accept and confirm I then taken him from the store to a house and confirmed the *nd stop after confirmation I then accepted his last request to go back to his home I confirmed another pick up from him *nd confirmation pickup arrived for pick confirmed processed to take him back home confirmed dropping him back home and I did not get paid

GetHuman-efwardsl did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
