My name is Daniel and I use Lyft*Uber almost every day . I would use Lyft more but I've had problems with drivers calling me finding out I'm not a long enough ride(**-** mins to and from work) and then telling me they will see me soon then canceling on me. This last experience I driver excepted my ride was about ten minutes away. I walked outside when he was * minutes away. He missed my first exit so I contacted him letting him know I was on my way to work. Got no response. He missed the next exit to get to me now he is back to more then ten minutes to arrive to me. I look back down now he is ** minutes away. I remember in the past that if I cancel my ride that there was still a fee, so I let him get to ** minutes away before I cancel so there was no dispute. So now I'm going to be really late to work. I ended up downloading Uber and someone showed up * minutes later and brought me straight to work but I was late, my boss was mad and I lost money out of my poclet. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. I would like to use Lyft more than Uber because I get coupons and helps save money but for me to download the app again I believe I should be entitled to at least $** credit, not a $* off ten rides but some kind of credit since I lost out on money on my pay check because more than one driver couldn't just cancel my ride knowing he wasn't going to pick me up or canceling my ride when they find out it's only a **-** minute ride. **Thank you *Daniel daugherty*If you would like to look into this issue my phone number is ***-***-**** if you need anymore information contact me at that number or email me at *****@***.com
