get picked up and driven to my job ... This morning at * am my husband requested a driver from lyft. He got a response that they were * minutes away. He waited ** minutes and then the ride was cancelled by the driver. No other drivers were available to take my request. I depended on Lyft to be reliable to which I was sorely disappointment and left unable with the amount of time to start my first day on a job I received the Friday before with explicit instructions that I am being hired so I must show up for work and not be late. I have since been told that I no longer have the job that was available to me this morning. How can a driver after accepting a call and allowing me to wait just go ahead and decide not to pick me up for what ever reason. This is unfair I've been unemployed for over a year and today was going to affect my family's life for the better however, this advanced for myself and my family was extinguished by someone who clearly thought of their self without a thought of the consequences their actions brought to me and my family whoever this driver is has given Lyft a bad undependable reputation not just by me about how heartsick my family is but to every ear that will hear my voice from this day forward

An apology and some reassurance that it won't happen again and maybe a free ride equivalent financially to the one I was going to take since I lost my job over this money's tight
I've used your service quite a bit certain times of the month
Talked to a person over the phone who basically said they're subcontractors we're not responsible but they represent your company just as if they were your employee
