The issue in GetHuman-sandykat's own words
I used Lyft for the first time today, but will NEVER use it Again! I needed a ride to a doctor appt. which is about * mi. from my home. Your driver took me a longer route, costing $*.**. After my appt. I wanted to go to a thrift shop in Peachtree City that is approximately * mi. from the doctor office . Your driver took me on a much loner route costing $**.**. My ride from the thrift shop to my home, about * mi., cost me another $**.**. Then, because all my drivers were incredibly nice people, I gave each one $*.** as a tip. The grand total was $**.** and change!*I don't blame the drivers for doing what you trained them to do. I blame you for these horrific prices! I am a senior and am on a limited budget, which is much more limited this month because if your business practices! My next email goes to the GA Attorney General's office about my being "ripped off" by your company!
