I want to understand what happened this morning. I requested a cab at ***am. The drivers name was MD. I look again and the app keeps showing *-* minutes and it was already *** AM. Driver drove away and the app gave me a second driver. My children were dropped off late for school. And i received a complaint from my boss about my tardiness, which was not my fault. I received an extremely unprofessional service and i was charged almost ** dollars for. I demand an apology and my money refunded. The apology is so that i can show my Director that your first driver by the initial md was the cause of my tardiness. My name is Roossvert Jimenez and my contact number is *** *** ****. I expect this driver to receive some discipline for his actions because they lead to others to get in trouble because of his unprofessionalism. i am a Social Worker and i work with an extremely sensitive population that deserves my services on time. The first driver that was sent to me should have contacted me if he had any issues with the car or if he was not feeling well or if he just did not want to pick me up. I got to work almost an hour later. Someone needs to speak to driver initials md or MD about his lack of unprofessionalism.
