I was trying to get to store before closing ... My lyft driver showed up to take me to family dollar. She told me she didnt have reception and if i wanted her to take me i would have to pay cash. I was on limited time to get to store before it closed and did not have time to wait on another driver. I told her there is no reception in my driveway i ride with lyft ALL THE TIME. I informed her as soon as you pull out you will get signal. She got angry and told me only way she would take me is if i give cash. I was irratated since i ride with lyft on a regular and lyft does not operate this way but i said ok i have to get to store by *. I went *** mile down the road went in store and got notification that my lyft driver was there. I went to car told this lady lyft is charging my card plus you made me give you $** cash to go *** mile. She ***ured me my card would not be charged because she cancelled the trip. I told her i get charged for cancelling trips she ***ured me my account would not be charged anything. As she is taking me back home she tells me i can not ride with lyft due to reception problems. I informed her i ride with lyft this exact trip on regular basis and have never had a problem. Out of ** lyft drivers not one has ever charged me cash or told me any bull**** like this and that tells me problem is not me or lyft cause she is only one to ever do this. As im in my driveway i get phone call from another lyft driver saying they wete there to pick me up. If she cancelled lyft sent anothet driver who is now callinh mad at me and i yold them i was presently in car with lyft. This driver has charged me way to much demanding cash snd my account is being charged all these cancellation fees. Thats not right after i told * driver i didnt need ride Laura my original driver cancelled again so a * driver calls from lyft ready to pick me up of course i get charged for that also. I paid the driver cash i did not do any cancelling she did so i want my money put back in my account all of it lyft chargrd me for this bad employee. I paid cash on het demand she was extremely rude to me. I want my money back and i do not ever want this driver picking me up again. I am loyal customer to lyft i have never had any problems with drivers the app nothing therefore i will not switch to uber i want to believe this to be isolated incident that does not reflect lyft. I am sorry this happen i want to believe it will never happen again this girl does not need.to be scaming money off disabled people using lyft. Thats what she did sxamed cash from disabled and its stealinh from lyft*Please refund me
