I placed complaint * months ago regarding a *nd pair of frames i need lightened. Per website i would get assistance within * business days. I have since sent * more emails asking status, still no repky. I called a week ago and customer service stated she would turn issue over to regional, it has been * more business days, no one has contacted me and i asked if she would email me about regional manager assistanting me so that i can have documentation and if course she did not. * months with not even the courtesy of a reply email or phone call is unacceptable. My ticket * is ************. I shop lense crafters annually, i do not understand ir appreciate this unproffessionalism and intend to file a claim with the better business bureau. ** or more business days with no response, with repeated request for a response to my concern is not good business at all please have management contact me. Thk u
