I sent a letter of complaint for poor, unprofessional customer service on May * to my local office and a copy was sent to your office in Mason, Ohio. Your local manager, Kyle, called me to discuss the matter. However we could not resolve the issue and make an adjustment to the total bill unless I took my daughter back for new glasses. Refusing to provide the customer with an itemized bill at the time of service, and insisting on immediate payment is not ethical and moral as McDonalds provide you with this service. We were not reminded that the purchase was nonrefundable either. I doubt I am the only customer making this complaint, instead I believe that its common practice for your company.
