I just spent $***.** this morning Sat. Jan *th - around **:**am in the Natick, Massachusetts store. The store was relatively quiet and there were PLENTY of sales associates around, at least *. I entered the store with my ** year old and ** year old daughters. Not * sales associate approached us, but were helping an older woman. When we went back to the dressing room area I observed the associate finally realize we need * fitting rooms, asked for my daughters names and item numbers. thats was it. Another woman came back to try something on, accompanied by a sales woman and was pleasantly and promptly treated, and asks her name and number of items, and was also told to please let us know if you need any other items or sizes. When my daughter walked out of the room needed a new size, the associate was too busy talking to the then * other associates about their "diets" and I had to retrieve a new size for my daughter. My older daughter even returned the items she didn't want to the sales floor herself. Not a word was spoken by any of the * associates to my daughters. I then proceeded to the register and told them it was awful that not * person helped us, and we were in the store for over *** hour, and I just spent all that money. And it is despicable that you are paying these associates to stand around talking about their personal issues in from of customers. There was NO custom series in the Natick Lululemon store today!*I was very dissatisfied. Your sales associates should be trained better.*Sincerely,*Emily Branka
