I would like to inform of you an incident at the Premiun Outlet location in Houston. Myself, along with my daughter, my sister and her * daughters and sister in-law decide to brave it through Black Friday shopping. We waited outside to enter and line went pretty fast. It was inside where we waited for over an hour to checkout. As we were at the last bend a couple decide to talk to a gentleman in front of us who was there by himself. They felt like since they talked with him they just decided to jump in line and not wait like the hundreds of others who play by the rules did. Not only did the join last minute they had another couple come in as well who didn’t even know the guy. Then my sister told the manager Lauren and she asked them if they were in line the whole time and they lied and said they were waiting the whole time. We asked the others behind us and they agreed they cut in line. Well Lauren said there was nothing she could do since she didn’t see it and it was an integrity issue. She was being very dismissive and we felt like she could have handled the situation differently. Not only did she disregard us she proceeded to go and complain about it to another coworker right in front of us. It’s not as if we spent just a couple dollars in the store. I would say if I were asked in a customer satisfaction survey she would have failed miserably.
