I am so disappointed. I have already sent an email but no response. I produced a book last year for my mother - Betty's Book that we were really pleased with and I need to update one or two things. I find that you have changed all the format of uploading and it is so much more complicated that I don't really know where to start. There is no telephone number to phone anyone to ask. This is a very poor set up I feel.*I have already written to you three times and once again I have received no answer. I have ordered so many books from you last year and I need to tweak and amend a few things on the old book of "Betty's Book of Family Tales" and I cannot fathom how to do it... it is so specialised now. I want to use the original cover from last year but you have updated everything. PLEASE COULD YOU ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO. I need to do this for my ** year old mother. The book is saved in my projects.*Please could someone get back in touch with me instead of fobbing me off with set emails.***Liz Merryfield
