Dear Lufthansa customer service,*I travelled on December **th from HAM to FRA with Lufthansa and then continued with Air Canada from Frankfurt to Toronto to Quito. Unfortunately, my baggage did not arrive in Quito as Air Canada seemed to have lost it. *I filed a report with them and, to double my chances, also filed a report with Lufthansa. * minutes later, your excellent customer service, which puts the customer service of Air Canada in the shades, called my home adress (i.g. my paremnts) and said they found my bag in * minutes, which is something Canada Air has yet to accomplish. They also correctly said that Air Canada is responsible to have it delivered to me. I am now writing to ask you to tell me where my bag is so that I can tell Air Canada where to look because I don't have faith that they will find it on their own.
