I made an error in canceling booking MTE4W3. The charge of approximately $15,[redacted] for 4 customers was mistakenly processed on our credit card. Additionally, the charge for the good flight SGBQP4 amounting to $12,[redacted] and the change fee of $[redacted] per customer were also applied to my credit card. As a result, my credit limit has reached its maximum, leaving me unable to make further transactions. I kindly request a quick refund for booking MTE4W3. Hello, I hope you're doing well. I have upcoming flights with Lufthansa. They are as follows: Florianopolis (FLN) to São Paulo (GRU) flight number LH [redacted] on August 1, [redacted], at 13:10; São Paulo to Frankfurt (FRA) flight number LH [redacted], and then a connecting flight to Venice. I was wondering if it's possible for me to check in directly in São Paulo instead of Florianopolis since I will already be in São Paulo for my connecting flight to Venice. I will be traveling with my 5-month-old baby on a flight from London Heathrow to Sao Paulo. I would like to request seats with extra legroom for the comfort of my family, especially since it is our first time traveling with our son. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford the additional 80GBP per seat. Good morning, I need assistance obtaining an invoice for airline tickets I purchased for the Tbilisi - Wrocław - Tbilisi route. I was told by the Polish helpline to request the invoice through the Georgian helpline. However, after speaking with them, I was informed that only a receipt for the passenger is available, not an invoice for the flights. I require the invoice for project expenses at the Music Academy in Wrocław. Can you please clarify if an invoice can be issued at all? I would appreciate a prompt response.

On the 24th of October [redacted], my flight LH0927 from London City Airport was canceled, causing me to miss my connecting flight LH0568 to Lagos, Nigeria. I was rebooked on a flight the next day, arriving 24 hours late in Lagos, but my luggage did not arrive with me, forcing me to return from Ibadan to Lagos the following day to collect it. Upon returning to the United Kingdom, my flight was diverted to London Heathrow instead of London City Airport, resulting in an £87 taxi fare to get home. I am seeking resolution in accordance with EU regulation (EC) [redacted]/[redacted] and requesting a full refund for the taxi expenses.

I regret to report the loss of my MI Redmi Note 5 Pro mobile phone at the Z-68 security check-in area in Frankfurt Airport on December 5th at 8:30 AM. Despite contacting airport security multiple times, I have not received any assistance. The situation is unacceptable as the theft occurred at the security checkpoint near gate Z-68 and when my wife reported it, she was ignored. I urge authorities to address this matter promptly. I had a great experience on UA988 from FRA to IAD on Nov 13th, [redacted]. I would like to commend the crew member ELMER VAN BUSSCHBACH FRASW for providing exceptional service. Despite my special dietary needs not being pre-reported, Elmer was extremely accommodating, going out of his way to ensure I had suitable food throughout the flight. He frequently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable, always making sure I had something to eat even if it wasn't from the standard menu. My flight from Austin, Texas, USA to Tehran on November 6th was canceled. I was rebooked on British Airways to Frankfurt, but my final destination was with IranAir. Despite paying for a Lufthansa flight, I was forced to fly with IranAir. Not only was the flight uncomfortable, but it also felt unsafe. If I had wanted to book with IranAir originally, I would have chosen to do so. As someone who travels to the USA annually, I was not satisfied with my return flight. Hello, On December 8th, [redacted], during my flight from Helsinki to Frankfurt (LH [redacted]; departing at 14:05 from Helsinki), I misplaced my pencil case while onboard the aircraft. My seat was 23B. The pencil case is made of fabric with turquoise and gold sequins, measuring 15cm by 10cm. It contained my pencils, markers, two pendrives, headphones, a computer adapter, and other school items. If the pencil case is found, I am willing to cover the cost of delivery. I had a booking from Dublin to Stuttgart via Frankfurt on December 11, [redacted], with reference T3U2MV. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Stuttgart. The staff at the oversized luggage desk were incredibly helpful in assisting me with rebooking my flights, and eventually, I had to take a train to Stuttgart for my business meeting. I have a booking with Singapore Airlines and Lufthansa for a return trip starting in Manila. The itinerary is MNL-SIN-FRA-OSL, with the first two legs on Singapore Airlines and the last leg with Lufthansa. I booked this trip using an award booking and need some clarification. The last leg from FRA-OSL was booked in Economy class, but I noticed on the SAS Award Finder that the same flight is available in business class. I am curious why my agent, American Express CompanionTicket office, could not book me in business class for this flight.

I have a flight booked from Bangalore to San Francisco on December 16th, [redacted] through United Airlines with Lufthansa as the operating airline. I need to change my flight to December 22nd, [redacted], but United is asking for $[redacted] as a change fee. United mentioned that this fee is set by Lufthansa, and unfortunately, they cannot assist further. I have tried contacting Lufthansa to see if they could possibly waive or lower the fee, but I have been unable to reach them by phone. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Dear Lufthansa, I took one of your flights on December 12 and had a positive experience. This is not a complaint but a helpful observation for other travelers. On your online check-in ticket, the IATA code IST is associated with Ataturk Airport in Istanbul. This causes confusion because the code refers to the Istanbul Airport, not Ataturk Airport, which is closed. Even in good faith, your call center also mistakenly referred to it as Ataturk! This could be due to the interchange of IATA codes IST and ISL and their confusion, which is easy to make based on the incorrect information on the ticket. I recently flew from Boston (BOS) to Zurich (ZRH) on November 13th and then from Zurich (LX053) to New Delhi on November 14th (LX146) with Lufthansa using booking code VBJGKD. Both flights were extremely uncomfortable due to a broken seat. Despite requesting a seat change, the attendant declined. I have pictures of the broken seat and can provide them upon request. I urgently need assistance with this matter and would like to request a refund for the flight to resolve this issue promptly.

We purchased tickets for a flight from Salzburg to Los Angeles, including Flights LH [redacted] and LH456. Each of us was charged 53.97 Euros for checked baggage. Despite booking what I thought was an economy fare, it turned out to be a light fare which was not clearly indicated during booking. I typically receive the first checked bag free on international flights. Interestingly, there were no baggage fees on my Lufthansa flights from Los Angeles to Brussels, Flights LH [redacted] and LH [redacted]. The total cost was about $[redacted] and this does not align with a light fare. It would be beneficial to clearly mention the type of fare before ticket purchase as researching flights did not reveal information on light fares. I respectfully request a refund for the baggage fees. Previously, for a trip from Los Angeles to London with Air New Zealand, we only paid $[redacted] and received a complimentary checked bag each. This experience is different from getting charged for checked baggage on an international flight.

Hello, I was a passenger on flight LH704 from Frankfurt to Male on 17/12/19. My seat number was 27K. It appears that I left my earphones behind, despite thoroughly checking our seats. It's possible they slipped under my seat. The earphones were in a small grey bag with their charger. The brand is Marshall - Minor II Bluetooth. Good evening. I have a question regarding my upcoming flight connection with you. I depart from Bologna, Italy to Frankfurt and have very little time to board. The plane is supposed to arrive at the airport at 4 p.m. and I should be boarding for Madrid at 4:50 p.m. My concern is, do I need to go through security control even with the little time I have? Or should I just arrive in Frankfurt directly and go to my gate? I understand that the last European country will have the security check, that is Spain. I appreciate the information as I cannot miss my flight.
