I just returned from a trip to Paris, France and Mallorca, Spain. I am writing regarding my return trip from Mallorca (** May ****) . The whole trip was made with United points. (The United confirmation number was BF*LOK, and the Lufthansa confirmation number was J**JQA for Paula Rothman). It was SUPPOSED to be a return from Mallorca (LH****)-Munich -*Munich (LH***) - IAD. On paper, there was a ** min transfer time in Munich (we had no other choice!). A chain of events happened because the Lufthansa flight out of Mallorca left ** minutes late, which meant we got into Munich when the connecting flight JUST closed.*We went to customer service and came across a very nice Lufthansa agent and he suggested we fly through Frankfurt - that way we could get on an earlier flight to IAD the next day instead of waiting for the *:**p flight out of Munich on ** May. We were flown to Frankfurt (LH***), received reservations out of Frankfurt to IAD for **:**a the next morning (LH ***), got shuttle, dinner and breakfast vouchers. All well and good. BUT IT MEANT THAT WE WERE FLYING TWO WHOLE DAYS TO GET HOME INSTEAD OF ONE!!!*SO - PROBLEMS:**) the late departure of the Lufthansa flight from Mallorca**) arrival in Munich too late to catch our trans-Altantic flight.**) meant taking another day off from work!**) bathroom that I first used was very dirty and had ***** from some diarrhea episode on the inside of the folding door!!!**) about * hours in the air on IAD flight, was told that all bathrooms on one side of the plane were disabled!! (FULL FLIGHT). Long lines.*I would like a monetary adjustment for all the severe inconveniences, or at the very least, a redepositing of one-way points into my United account (Acct. *FU****** -**,*** points one way)*Thank you for your consideration!
