Dear sir*I am making a complaint as i missedmy connecting flight due to Frankfurt staff who gave me and and another passenger incorrect gate information.**I arrived at frankfurt airport **th october **** flight number LH*** flying to birmingham.**I arrived at the gate whete it says b** to b** and my boarding pass said gate b** and so.did the screen of departures. I asked a member of staff who was assisting with passengers he was asian looking with a goatie style beard. I asked him can i jump the queue as my cinne ting flight is boarding this was approx *.**pm he said no then on his habd held computer he checked my flight number and said the boarding gate has been changed go to c* it states "position changed" i asked him are you sure as it says b** he said No you need to go c* and even said take a photo of my screen. I wish i did this now but i was in a hurry and started running to c*. **Oncei got there noone was there. Another passenger had also been given same information about the gate change.**We asked a member if staff he said this is wrong it should b B. We told him what had happened and he made a call. He said go run to B** so we did. I was totalky out of breath, stressed upset as going to miss flight. I had to go threw security twice in this whole process.**Eventualky when i got to B** the staff said sorry flight is closed. He didnt listen and i burst out crying. Frantic scared anf very tearful he told me to go to customer services.**When i got there the other passenger was also there. I explained to the staff whst had happened he checked his computer and said wrong informatio has been given abd hes sorry but next fkight is tomorrow morning.**I was very upset still crying as i had to get home as i am a wedding planner and had to be in uk at my venue for *am. Also my children were home and expecting me. *I was told at desk next flight is *.**am**I asked if there was any flight going to uk.now she said yes manchester. I said please put me on this flight i need to get home to my kids.*She did this called the gate abd advised i am in the way as boarding was in ** minutes.**I was told to go to sevurity again and then go to the gate. I was very grateful fof this hiwever i did not know how to get home from manchester as i live in coventry.**By this point my phone was also dead. I had no way of communication until.charged.*I asjed for a taxi for the stand it was £***. Omg i thought i cant pay this**I then charged my phone told my friends who were still at budapest what happened and they started looking for ne how to get home.**She said there is a national express leaving in * mins. So i ran to the station and there was no facility to buy tickets. My phone was dead so i asked a girl if she would help me get home. She said she was going to birmingham and waiting fir the **.** coach. I said my phone is dead please can you get me a ticket using your phone. She was a god send and got me booked on the coach.**The coach arrived and we left at **.**am, nearly * hours later than i should of arrived in Uk.**I then got a uber taxi from the coventry bus station to my house.**I eventually got home at *.**am. * hours later.**This has really upset me and has had a massive impact on my health kids and my work tomorrow.**I have to be up by *am and a full days work to be done.**I am.disgusted with the staff who gave me this false i formation and i want full investigation as to what went wrong and why. Also from your records you csn contact the other passenger who.akso missed his flight.**I want some form of compensation for the inconvenience this has caused me and i really am very very upset about the ordeal.i had to go through.**Please can you advise ASAP.**If you require any other infirmation proof of photos texts uber of people who helped me get back to the uk and home im happy to provide this.**Please take this seriously as i was hysterically crying and weazing as ready to pass out.
