BOOKING REFERENCE: VMHX*W*DEBORAH GERBER GONZALES **I was a passenger on Flight LH*** SJC - FRA - FCO, ********. On **-**-**, I paid for seat selection **C, for the SJC -FRA segment of the trip, confirmed by email on that date. My Bank of America Master Credit card ending in **** was charged $**.** at that time. On **-**-** I upgraded my seat selection to **K - PremiumEconomy, again for the SJC -FRA segment of the trip, and confirmed by email on that date. My Citi Visa card ending in **** was charged $***.** at that time. Upon checking in for my flight, I was given seat assignment ***E - Economy. I am seeking reimbursement of my purchased seat assignments which were not granted.
