Hi Team,**I had made a cancellation request for booking ID TMNFDQ (for my parents) on Sept **, ****. I have been constantly following up with your team regarding this but still have not received any satisfactory answer or email from your side.*Today as on Oct **, ****, I called customer representative regarding the refund information but I got a answer that it has already been processed. I have neither received any such email from your airlines regarding the refund thing or from my bank too. I have confirmed the same thing from my Credit card company and got the response from their side too that they have never received any amount from your side. There is no other option to contact ailines than providing this feedback.**I am very much disappoint with the service I received from your side. In my future I would never book flight from this airline.
