Compensate for missing clothes: my leather jacket and black trousers. ... Missing items from my lost and damaged, but later found, checked in luggage: a pair of jeans, black, and my female tight leather jacket, black with metal zips. I need help! It feels like I just woke up after a nightmare: not only that I went through not having my change of clothes and shoes when I needed it the most - for my business interview, and to slip into my casual clothes and sneekers afterwords, but on the account of not having my bag and things and business presents and having to run all day about the airport in my high heels I formed blisters and crashed into bed after supper at a hotel, rushed back to the airport at * o'clock the next morning, to find out now, upon unpacking, that my new jacket and trousers are missing??? This must be a terrible joke on my account! Please, advise me what should I do, because this seems just a bit too much for me and I already lost * kg from my weight in just two days on this luggage*flight*delay*loss & damage sharade, and now I discover this!!! I totaly lost my confidence... I just want my items back. I do not care if you buy me the same items and send it to me, or you compensate for it, I just want MY THINGS, alright? Please, kindly respond to my mail asap. Thank you!
I have all the boarding passes and receipts. Where should I send it? To what e-mail address?? What is an e-mail address for lost items from checked in luggage with Lufthansa?
I want the exact same jacket and trousers bought and sent to me or a compensation of the value payed to my credit account as soon as possible.
I fly Lufthansa all the time and even have Miles and More card. And I will continue to be a good customer and fly Lufthansa, if this problem is solved quickly and efficiently and I am compensated for my loss.
I am trying to locate your web site for this "missing items" topic for two days, but the internet keeps telling me that the Lufthansa page for that problem is currently out of order!!?? irresponsive or something. How can that be? And where can passengers send their e-mails? There is no e-mail address for reclamation listed anywhere. Please, help!
