I filled all the required claims. I sent the detailed contents of the bag to the central baggage tracing. I sent all the checks of the Items I had to buy as a result of losing my bag. ... I was coming on a Lufthansa flight to Hamburg through a transit in Munich since *st of August, and since then I did not receive my bag. I filled all the required claims and sent a detailed content of the bag to the baggage tracing center but had no reply till now. I also sent the receipts of all clothing and Items that I had to buy, but had no reply on how and when I will be refunded. There is a total ignorance regarding my issue.*I need my bag as soon as possible especially that it contains some urgent medicines for me. Also, I need to be totally refunded with all the money that I had to spend as a result of losing my bag. I am staying in Hamburg only until the end of September, and so I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
They don’t realize that it has been a month and a half now and I still didn’t get my bag which contains my urgent medicine.
Search for the bag in Munich and Frankfurt airports, or Permit me to check the security area in both airports so that I can find my lost baggage there. *Lufthansa should exert a due care in searching for the bad. It is their fault at the end.
I expected that Lufthansa is a professional airline, but it seems it is not. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I may launch a social media campaign telling my bad experience with Lufthansa and advise others not to fly with them.
I checked the security area in Hamburg airport (the airport of arrival) but I did not find my baggage. I was going to the airport on a daily basis to search for the bag, but did not find it,
