The issue in GetHuman-umasunda's own words
I already filed this complaint on Friday **st August and I received the FB ID * ********.*details of the complaint:*On**th of August, I came to San Jose airport with my family to board Lufthansa flight * LH **** to Frank Furt and the flight was delayed. Because of some system error. When I was doing the baggage check in, the person at the counter asked me to check in the cabin baggage also free of cost and he also informed us that the baggage can be collected at Chennai Airport. So totally * baggage was there in the check in. Because the flight Delayed at San Jose airport, we missed the connection flight. Lufthansa arranged Air India flight for traveling from Frankfurt to Chennai. When the Air India people were issuing the boarding pass at Frankfurt airport they informed us that since we have * baggage’s and we are allowed only * baggage’s they asked us to pay *** euro at the boarding time. so we paid the amount since we need to go to India. For no fault of ours, we could not able to afford that much amount . So I am requesting you to credit back the amount of *** euro please. Attaching all the relevant papers for your reference. It would’ve really appreciated if I get back the amount ASAP.*I already attached the copy of my vouchers paid for baggage.
