Dear Lufthansa, **I'm a new traveler to your airlines. I was on a flight on August ** **** from Krakow Poland to Frankfurt, Germany. I was charged an excess baggage fee in Poland. I did not have a second bag. It was my carry on luggage! The bag was slightly off and was told it would not fit . I told them I don't think it's fair to charge for *nd baggage fee and it's a carry on luggage. I was never charged for *nd baggage fee from the original flight from Newark. I try to explain to attendant in Poland but she refused to give me courtesy and was quite rude. The document * ************* . I was charged a ridiculous amount of PLN ***.**. I'm very disappointed in this charge and would like a possible refund.
I would like a full refund on that baggage charge.
