I am currently at the Frankfurt Airport.*I experiencing the worst service that I had. I require a wheel chair pickup at all gates. I travel a lot but thought that I would try Lufthansa. All s started well on my trip to Bremen via Frankfurt flight *** today. All staff were helpful and friendly. Your incoming flight was about an hour late and check in counter person said he would have to rebook flight from Frankfurt to Bremen. My original flight from Frankfurt to Bremen was only to be an hour layover in Frankfurt. My flight for my wife and I was Business Class. Since there was such a short layover an Business Class seating and amenities were not much different than Tourist Class on the small airplanes. When my flight was being rebooked to a later flight I was told that there would now be a * hour layover. The agent in Miami said should not worry and I could spend a couple of hours in the Business Lounge in Frankfurt.**When I arrived in Frankfurt there were no wheel chairs for my wife and I was taken the office for the electric carts? The personnel didn’t know why. After several phone call by your personnel, they took us to the Business Lounge.*When I arrived at the Business Lounge Ms Pesch stated there was no possibly to get into the Lounge since I only flew Business Class Frankfurt. She said the only way we could get in was to pay ** Euros each. I am still not sure about wheel chairs to my gate.**Very poor service
