My ** inch hard case suitcase with rollers was the first trip for me to use the suitcase. The suitcase was destroyed by Lufthansa personnel * baggage handlers or???. The zippers and the whole zipper mechanism was totally ripped out leaving my bag total exposed to everything to be stolen or lost.NOTE: Nothing appears to be missing. My Baggage Tag number is on LH ******, which I reported immediately to a DFW Baggage Claims Official on May **, **** at DFW Terminal D. The number I called *-***-***-**** told me to call back at **:** am, as the office was closed. (CLOSED AT **:**????) My Flight was LUFTHANSA * *** on June **, **** from FRA to DFW. I gave the agent all the info and have yet to receive a call from Lufthansa to settle my baggage claim for $***.*I spent * hours on the telephone calling * different telephone numbers listed on the internet.
