I need a statement from Lufthansa confirming that my wife and I canceled our booking (for emergency medical reasons), and that we forfeited the fare, which was nonrefundable. I requested such a statement from Lufthansa, was told by the agent that an email had been sent, but that was five hours ago and the email has yet to arrive.*I received a phone call but there was no one on the line.
