I purchased two tickets on March **th from JFK to Tbilisi with two cats booked in premium economy. I called twice to confirm the cat bookings and I received emails confirming the animal status on flights for my ticket (*NW*OSN*Johnson, Sandra) but the second ticket for Elizabeth Sohns (NWK*QR) does not have animal status confirmed for the JFK to Frankfurt leg of trip. I called to have this changed and now LH is telling me that cat she is carrying is not allowed in the cabin for this flight, yet the remaining flights to Tbilisi are animal confirmed. These animals were confirmed by two LH employees when I was booking these flights in March. I need to have these two animals on the same flight. These animals must be in cabin, not in the hold. I am incredibly confused and upset by this booking. This needs to be addressed immediately because my flight is approaching on June *th.
GetHuman-s_j_john did not yet indicate what Lufthansa should do to make this right.
