sadly, I believe my e-mail is hacked. I have been having issues trying to reach Lowes.Regarding order********** . Lowe's sent me an e-mail indicating the items had come in and I can pick them up( sidewalk) at the havorford Township store. When I went to confirmed order, I could not reach anyone help from the sparticular store so I called the online number. I got no assistance there either. So I waited until Tuesday, and tried called three different time frames, Was on hold for ** minutes,, kkk so I tried Wednesay morning and early evening. Same situation. I tried Thursday afternoon, and Friday early afternoon. To no avail. Lowes withdrew **.** from my banking account*WHY. I am supposed to pay at the time of pick up. They sent a message with a bar code, which I tried toverify but system asked for a confirmation number and there was none. I am a senior and I am quarantined for three more days, but I wanted to send someone else if I could. But I don't know what to do. I believe my e-mail is hacked because you said an email was sent to me but I don't see it. Nothing has come through. Please textl me at ***-***-**** or call if you are able.
