I am wanting for you to get this straight so some of the less fortunate people that are handicapped can continue to shop your store, or I will go somewhere else to get what I need. ... This new policy of putting my order in a lock box is a royal pain in the %&%. I cannot walk to go into the store from my car, and you expect for me to walk into the store to a lock box. What ever happen to the call the store ,dial ext.* and someone brings your order to your car. The keep telling me that when I make my online order there is a space that gives ne options of how I want to pick up my order, well you have better update the copy on line because yesterday I searched for one hour going over this order form and could not fine any where on it that I was given an option. The Last time I picked up my order, the person said they could not get into my lock box to get it out and bring it to me, therefore I told them to keep it, and I left.
I have an old type cell and home phone and there is no text, apps or email on these phones, They work fine for me and I see no need to get new phones just so I can buy from Lowes.
Put the ordering system back to where it was sometime back. I know this may take hiring another person but there are people that are looking for jobs in this area. I have read customer reviews of the store I shop at and there are lots of complaints about this curb side pick up service department . I know that me being only one customer doesn't mean **** .
Because if I shop at your store then I am spending my money there and I know this is all you want is to get my money.
Tried talkin to the person at store level, and I was told that they cannot go into the lock box because it will go against their record as letting merchandise leave without showing a receipt for it. I look at this situation totally different. I look at this as helping a customer in need. I spent ** years in the retail business before I retired and Customer satisfaction was top priority.
