Help with my Lowe's issue

order * ********* was acknowledged to me for the quantity of * that I have requested. I was notified that the order was in and upon getting there, only * was there. No one seemed to know whether or not the other was coming in or not and said they would get back to me. A few days later, got another call that order was in. Went to get it and nothing was there. I still do not know if another rug is coming or if I need to reorder. Sales person was apologetic and promised me a **% discount for my trouble. What I really want is another rug. Someone please get me the info I need.
