I would like to personal recognize the effort of Lisa and Ryan at Lowes in Harribison, Columbia SC . She is the corridor for customer's online order (I believe). My online order included * major appliances and * other items. I decided to add pedestals for my washer and dryer. However, the deliver for the pedestals would be May **rd. My first order was expected on May *th. I went into the stores to order the Maytag pedestals and at that time rescheduled the delivery of my first order, for May **rd. So, I was surprised when I got a call on May *th telling me that my major appliances were being delivered, even though the date was changed to May **rd. Upon delivery, the Maytag washer for dented. The stove door would not allow the dishwasher door to open. I was told (unexpectedly) that they would not hook-up the gas range and dryer. Then I was told that Lowes might, put the pedestal under the washer and dryer on May **rd, after they were installed on May *th....so I decided to send everything back, until May **rd. I went into the Lowes store in Harrbison, Columbia, SC and worked with Ryan to try and sort things out on May *th. Because, although all of the item were returned, my credit card was still charged, and it was charged more then the original cost....Ryan, was great, he was patient, detailed and knowledgeable. He sorted through the mess, gave me discounts for the damaged washer and new prices online. And then we waited until May **rd for the delivery of everything....however, no one came. My items were not delivered. Lisa immediately made this issue her *st priority. She located my items, gave me additional discount and reschedule for my delivery and my earliest convenience. Lisa is very professional and understands the different systems and procedures. Lisa and Ryan saved my opinion of Lowes and Lowes its reputation. if not for them, I would have instantly cancelled my entire order and gone to Home Depot. Everything was delivered on May **th and I continue to be a loyal customer of Lowes.
GetHuman-gogailg did not yet indicate what Lowe's should do to make this right.
