To: Lowe's Customer Service*I'm writing you in concern of the poor service in which I received. I picked out a storm door on September *th in your Gaithersburg Store and paid for the installer to come out and do measurements. I didn't hear from anyone over a two week period and called the store on several occasion's speaking to both customer service and managers. I finally was notified that the measurements were done around ******* without my notification. I went to the store on ******* to complete the purchase and now it is ******** and I haven't received a call in reference to scheduling the install of my storm door yet. I'm considering cancelling the entire purchase but I'd like to give you the opportunity to correct this matter.
