Having interacted with "Sun****ne" on a previous occasion with a negative outcome corrected by Wendi, I called later and spoke with an extremely competent customer service rep. named "Nancy" who immediately asked for information confirming the purchase and informed me that the item in question was a special order item and the process needed to resolve my problem.
Since I think that Nancy has handled the situation in the manner a customer service rep should. While "Sun****ne" provided the customer disservice I received on a previous occasion.
