Help with my Lowe's issue

Obtain information about returning an item that was assembled but delivered in a damaged state. ... In trying to speak with the store Mgr. Wendi, I was informed that she had left for the day and asked whether she would be in tomorrow, I was informed by "Keisha" that she did not have access to her schedule but that she "might" be in. I then requested the Mgr. on duty and was transferred to "Sunshine." I explained the problem, she requested my telephone number and said that the damaged grill would be picked up and a new grill tomorrow **********.
Having interacted with "Sunshine" on a previous occasion with a negative outcome corrected by Wendi, I called later and spoke with an extremely competent customer service rep. named "Nancy" who immediately asked for information confirming the purchase and informed me that the item in question was a special order item and the process needed to resolve my problem.
Since I think that Nancy has handled the situation in the manner a customer service rep should. While "Sunshine" provided the customer disservice I received on a previous occasion.
How GetHuman-missthe fixed the problem
I went to store and personally spoke to Nancy who very ably assisted me.
