I ordered my Loot Crate DX almost a full two months ago when they ran a great promotion with a great discount. Nearly two full months later I still don’t have my crate. Likely because they didn’t expect the amount of new crate subscriptions when they ran this promotion. Their customer service keeps saying they’ll inquire about why it’s late, but never follows up with me. They did offer a small credit to use towards a future crate, but since then even more time has passed and I still haven’t received my crate yet.
GetHuman2948549 did not yet indicate what LootCrate should do to make this right.
