I had previously canceled a subscription to Lootcrate Gaming however, I am still being charged for the crate. I've had enough of attempting and failing to get a hold of people in the customer service department. I previously tried and they were not helpful. If I can just not be charged for it and be given a refund I will have no further issues. I dont want to get my bank or any other outside forces involved.**-Anthony.
