I currently have a G*** mouse that has started giving me issues. Both the left and right click buttons have been double clicking and sometimes failing to register. I have tried reinstalling the G Hub software, and different usb ports and the problem persists. I would like to begin a warranty RMA process. It was purchased from Best Buy on Feb **, **** and the mouse information is:**G*** Hero*P*N: ***-*******S*N: ****LZA*LXE***Thank you.
