I am installing new logitec MK*** out of the box. (Laser light stopped working on my old logitec mouse)*Plugged in transmitter to USB port of windows * desktop pc. Activated batteries in mouse and keyboard.*Mouse green light comes on for a few seconds and no red laser light is seen-no connection *Keyboard green light comes on for a few seconds- no response-no connection to pc- battery check key indicates green- caps lock button does not light.*Norm Cote
